Free Returns

We want you to be in Awe of your pieces. If you’re not satisfied, return items in new, unworn condition with original packaging within 30 days for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Items with security stickers must have the sticker intact; removal may void the return.

Free returns and exchanges are available for every GMA order. Both exchanged and returned items must be in new, unworn condition. Allow 14 business days for processing and up to 10 more days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.

Product Warranty

We offer a 2-year warranty covering material or workmanship defects. Submit repair requests here: https://gma-aweinspired.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login. The warranty excludes lost items, normal wear and tear, improper use, and third-party modifications.

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes for this sale. Any order that is placed to a PO Box will be canceled and refunded.
